A New Puppy

As we have said before we love our dogs at The Great English Outdoors.Athene has her beloved Boudica – the hairy Lurcher and I have a series of Border Terriers – sadly my most best loved and first BT, Tarka died at the venerable age of 18 1/2! Nutmeg aged 12 is still going strong and after much pestering from my daughter, Matilda, we have a new puppy called Mij, named after Gavin Maxwell’s otter in Ring of Bright Water. Mij is heaven and has won all our hearts- my daughter found her near Tenbury Wells, from a breeder called Jo Perry. Mij comes from the same line as my first BT,Tarka
