Blanket Talk at Llangasty Village Hall
Blanket lecture at Llangasty Village Hall
At the invitation the Women’s Institute I spent a lovely Wednesday afternoon giving a talk on the History of Welsh Blankets and Tapestries at Llangasty Village Hall. It was a cold grey March day but I received a warm welcome due a flourishing crowd and a roaring log fire burning in the hall.

What could be more cosy than a log fire, a pile of beautiful Welsh Blankets and a knowledgeable and enthusiastic crowd to talk with? I really enjoy giving these talks and can guarantee that I learn something each time as well as pass on the knowledge that I have gleaned from the years of my research into these beautiful Textiles

Thank you to everyone who came along
