Wild Garlic Butter

Ingredients
250g unsalted butter at room temperature
50 – 75 g wild garlic leaves (only pick what you need) wash and cut the stems off
garlic clove peeled and grated
Handful fresh parsley
lemon zest to taste
sea salt flakes to taste
Method
Use a blender mix butter and add the wild garlic leaves, parlsey, salt and lemon zest
Form into a log and cut into rounds, spread on fresh or toasted bread, add to pasta or rice, top grilled meat, fish and vegetables
